ATAIN is seeking a capable MI Reporting Lead in Bogota, Colombia. The role focuses on real-time analytics, performance follow-up, and staffing through detailed dashboards and reports.

The ideal candidate will have WFM experience, strong MS Office skills, and a background in producing automated Excel reports. The position requires rotating shifts and full-time commitment within a BPO/tech services environment.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and publish reports: hourly, daily, monthly.
• Create reports and templates per process requirements.
• Manage day-to-day MI reporting for multiple programs.
• Coordinate with end-user clients on a daily basis.
• Design and establish new MI reporting modules.
• Meet SLAs and TAT for MI reporting.
