WPP Media in Colombia focuses on analytics to improve marketing efficiency and data reporting. You will lead development of reporting deliverables, partner with local BI teams, and oversee offshore associates.

The role emphasizes data quality, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across platforms and tools. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in analytics, strong Power BI skills, SQL/Python/R, and experience with digital media analytics.

Formación

• 5+ years in analytics/BI with large datasets.
• Power BI experience; Tableau/Looker helpful.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills; statistics/modeling a plus.
• Digital media experience and analytics tools (GA, CM) familiarity.
• Advanced Excel; SQL/Python/R a plus; tag management and coding experience.
• Media fluency and understanding of media metrics.
• Ability to run day-to-day workstreams with offshore/onshore overlap; strong communication.
• Leadership experience mentoring junior analysts.

Responsabilidades

• Dashboard ownership: develop, update, and maintain dashboards and visualizations; ensure accuracy and timely issue resolution.
• Reporting & visualization: produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with clear visuals.
• Data extraction & hygiene: pull data from multiple platforms, perform QC.
• Data QA: daily/weekly checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Data Governance: ensure governance and taxonomy requirements are followed.
• Data integration support: work with BI/DataOps to integrate new sources; troubleshoot.
• Partner data collection: assist with intake and QA of partner-provided data.
• Documentation: maintain docs for data processes and workflows.
• Team support: assist with timelines and progress reporting; participate in calls.
• Continuous improvement: explore platform capabilities and trends to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Data/Reporting architecture & delivery: discuss architecture to ensure reliable deployment.
• Data engineering support: ETL design/deploy with robust error handling; automate reporting.
• People leadership: supervise and mentor analysts.
