The Nuclear Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate FP&A to own the consolidated financial plan, including the enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan. You will integrate the Services and Deployment divisional plans into a board-ready view and report to the President & CFO.

You will define the KPI framework, partner with Treasury/IR, and connect planning to capital allocation. Lead an AI-enabled FP&A function to support the company’s growth.

Formación

• 12+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience with senior leadership.
• Experience owning enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan with multi-division consolidation.
• Proven board/investor reporting with narratives and materials.
• Strong financial modeling and a three-statement corporate model ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan with integrated corporate model tied to the balance sheet and cash flow.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting; produce board- and investor-ready materials and KPI dashboards.
• Define and maintain the enterprise KPI framework.
• Support capital-allocation decisions with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Build a scalable, tech-/AI-enabled FP&A function with wide spans and few layers.
• Lead and develop the corporate FP&A team.
