The Nuclear Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate FP&A to own the consolidated financial plan, including the enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan. You will integrate the Services and Deployment divisional plans into a board-ready view and report to the President & CFO.

You will define the KPI framework, partner with Treasury/IR, and connect planning to capital allocation. Lead an AI-enabled FP&A function to support the company’s growth.

Formación

  • 12+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience with senior leadership.
  • Experience owning enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan with multi-division consolidation.
  • Proven board/investor reporting with narratives and materials.
  • Strong financial modeling and a three-statement corporate model ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

About the role

The Vice President, Corporate FP&A owns TNC’s consolidated financial plan - the enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan - pulling the Services and Deployment divisional plans into a single, board-ready view of the company. Reporting to the President & CFO, the role owns the corporate model, the management-reporting cadence, and the board and investor materials that carry TNC’s financial story. It sets the enterprise KPI framework, partners with the divisional finance leads on roll-up and consistency, and works alongside Treasury / IR, Capital Markets, and Commercial & Project Finance to connect the plan to capital allocation and the equity story. This is the central FP&A engine of a company - it must produce institutional-grade planning and reporting while the business and the project portfolio grow underneath it.

Responsibilities
  • Corporate planning & consolidation. Own the enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan; consolidate the Services and Deployment divisional plans into one integrated corporate model that ties to the balance sheet and cash flow.
  • Management & board reporting. Own the monthly and quarterly reporting package and business-review cadence; produce board- and investor-ready materials, KPI dashboards, and variance narratives for the CFO and CEO.
  • Enterprise KPIs & analytics. Define and maintain the enterprise KPI framework; ensure consistent metrics and definitions across divisions so consolidated results are comparable and decision-useful.
  • Capital allocation & decision support. Support capital-allocation decisions, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and long-range capital planning in partnership with Treasury / IR, Capital Markets, and Commercial & Project Finance (deal economics).
  • Institutional readiness. Build a scalable FP&A function with the forecasting, guidance, expectations modeling, and reporting cadence needed for the company’s next stage of growth - working with Controllership and External Reporting, and help stand up the systems and processes to get there.
  • Team & operating model. Lead and develop the corporate FP&A team; build a scalable, tech / AI-enabled planning function with wide spans and few layers.
Required Experience
  • 12+ years of progressive FP&A / finance experience, including a senior corporate FP&A leadership role (Head of FP&A, VP FP&A, or equivalent).
  • Ownership of an enterprise budget, forecast, and long-range plan in a multi-division or multi-entity company, including consolidation across business units.
  • Proven board / investor reporting - building the materials and narratives senior leadership and boards rely on.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytics; able to build and own an integrated three-statement corporate model.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience
  • Capital-intensive, project / construction, or infrastructure sector experience; and/or services / multi-entity experience.
  • Strong data / AI fluency; experience modernizing planning tooling (EPM / FP&A systems, NetSuite, Palantir Foundry, or similar).
  • MBA and/or CPA / CFA.
  • Familiarity with nuclear, utilities, or highly regulated industrial sectors.

Estimated Starting Salary Range

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $242,000 - $274,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
