The Nuclear Company is seeking a Vice President, Engineering to lead the engineering organization responsible for the successful development and execution of a fleet of nuclear power plants.

This senior leadership role requires deep nuclear judgment and proven ability to move projects from engineering definition through construction to safe, reliable operations, while building an organization that scales with the fleet.

Formación

• 20+ years of engineering and leadership experience in nuclear or related infrastructure.
• Experience with commercial nuclear power plants and/or nuclear new-build projects.
• Demonstrated leadership across engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, and asset management.
• Strong working knowledge of interfaces between engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Proven ability to develop people, build organizations, establish processes, and create accountability in rapidly growing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the engineering organization with a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
• Establish engineering management systems, structure, authorities, design responsibilities, and decision rights for multiple projects.
• Recruit and develop leaders across mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, I&C, and other disciplines.
• Provide executive leadership for engineering across the full project lifecycle from site development to operations.
• Build a repeatable fleet model with standardized processes and design reuse.
• Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving faster execution.
