The Nuclear Company is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to own the end-to-end AP process across a multi-entity structure, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and strong financial controls. You will partner with Procurement, Treasury, and Finance to design scalable workflows and fraud prevention.

In this hybrid role based in downtown Columbia, SC, you will lead vendor management, payments, and construction-phase payables, supporting a high-growth phase as operations scale.

Formación

• 6+ years of progressive accounts payable or related finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience supporting month-end close and reconciliations.
• Experience with modern cloud ERP, NetSuite preferred, and strong Excel skills.
• Use of AI/tools to automate AP processes and provide visibility into payables.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end AP across a multi-entity structure, including invoices, coding, approvals, payments, and reconciliations.
• Design scalable procure-to-pay workflows with procurement to support contract-driven and construction-phase spend.
• Manage vendor onboarding, master data, and banking details; respond to inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Implement strong payment controls and fraud prevention measures aligned with company policies.
• Oversee month-end close and provide AP schedules and documentation for audits.
