Job summary

CS Outsource seeks an experienced Short-Term Rental Property Manager Virtual Assistant to support US-based clients with daily operations of vacation rentals. You will manage STR properties on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, handle guest communications, and ensure guest-ready properties.

The role requires hands-on experience with Guesty/Hostaway and other PMS, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of STR properties listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other booking platforms.
• Handle guest communication, booking inquiries, check-in/check-out instructions, complaints, and guest concerns.
• Manage reservations, availability calendars, and listing updates across multiple platforms.
• Use Guesty, Hostaway, or similar PMS to manage reservations and daily operations.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy, and booking performance to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cleaning teams, maintenance vendors, and inspections between guest stays.
• Resolve guest issues, urgent maintenance requests, and operational escalations promptly.
• Maintain accurate property records, booking details, and documentation.
• Communicate with property owners regarding performance, maintenance, and updates.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and meet quality standards before check-in.
• Monitor guest reviews and feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
• Follow SOPs and help improve operational efficiency.

CS Outsource is looking for an experienced Short-Term Rental (STR) Property Manager Virtual Assistant to support US-based clients with the daily management and operations of vacation rentals and short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, Guesty, Hostaway, and other property management systems, along with strong skills in guest communication, maintenance coordination, and listing management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of short-term rental (STR) properties listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other booking platforms.
• Handle guest communication, booking inquiries, check-in/check-out instructions, complaints, and guest concerns.
• Manage reservations, availability calendars, and listing updates across multiple booking platforms.
• Use Guesty, Hostaway, or similar property management systems to manage reservations and streamline daily operations.
• Monitor pricing, occupancy, and booking performance to support revenue growth.
• Coordinate cleaning teams, maintenance vendors, and property inspections between guest stays.
• Resolve guest issues, urgent maintenance requests, and operational escalations promptly.
• Maintain accurate property records, booking details, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in STR property management or vacation rental operations.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Vrbo.
• Practical experience using Guesty, Hostaway, or similar property management systems.
• Strong understanding of guest relations, reservation management, and property operations.
• Experience coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and property turnovers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and handle time-sensitive issues.
• High attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Lodgify, or Hostfully.
• Familiarity with revenue management tools such as PriceLabs or Beyond Pricing.
• Experience with channel management, pricing optimization, and occupancy management.
• Knowledge of vendor management, maintenance coordination, and owner reporting.
• Previous experience supporting US-based property management companies.
