Rayda is seeking a remote specialist to build and expand its vendor network across Asia, enabling IT hardware lifecycle services for a global client base.

You will identify, qualify and onboard third-party partners, negotiate pricing and SLAs, and manage cross-border vendor relationships to support Rayda's regional expansion.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations or business development.
• Proven experience sourcing, evaluating and onboarding third party vendors or service providers.
• Experience building or expanding vendor networks across multiple markets.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Ability to assess vendors based on capability, pricing, quality and reliability.
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Experience in IT hardware, logistics, device lifecycle or technology services is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Build and expand Rayda's network of qualified vendors across Asian markets.
• Research and identify IT hardware, logistics, repair, storage and device lifecycle partners.
• Develop a structured pipeline of potential vendors across priority Asian countries.
• Assess vendors based on capability, geographic coverage, pricing, service quality and reliability.
• Lead vendor outreach, qualification, due diligence and onboarding.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs and commercial terms with vendors.
• Maintain strong relationships with active vendors and ensure they remain operationally effective.
• Coordinate with vendors to fulfill procurement, deployment, recovery, repair and other customer requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance, service levels, pricing and customer experience.
• Identify gaps in Rayda's vendor coverage and proactively develop solutions as Rayda expands into new Asian markets.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

• Build and continuously expand Rayda's network of qualified vendors across Asian markets.
