Ultimate Jet Vacations in Bogotá seeks a Helpdesk Technician to act as the first line of internal technical support, ensuring CRM, office tools, and employee devices operate smoothly.

You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with Product and Engineering on root causes, improve documentation, and support staff across Reservations, Concierge, Sales, Marketing and Operations. Join a team that values detail, reliability, and proactive problem solving.

Formación

• Experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
• Strong communication and ticket-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal technical support requests across departments.
• Troubleshoot issues related to AdminCRM, TA Portal, Front, Zoom, Microsoft 365, hardware, and other internal systems.
• Manage support tickets from initial response through resolution with stakeholders.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact to minimize disruption to daily operations.
