Roca Alliances in Medellín Colombia is seeking a UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, scalable digital experiences. You will blend user research, information architecture, prototyping, and design systems to create user-centered solutions that are technically feasible and consistent across products.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who communicates design rationale with stakeholders, maintains the UI component library, and collaborates with Product and Engineering to translate business

Responsabilidades

• Conduct UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.
• Translate research insights into clear user flows, information structures, and interaction models.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
• Define and maintain content and UX standards that promote consistency across digital experiences.
• Build, maintain, and evolve the UI component library and contribute to the broader design system.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Evaluate design alternatives and make informed decisions based on user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and product strategy.
• Identify and communicate design tradeoffs, risks, and opportunities throughout the product development process.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
• Incorporate AI prompting techniques into the design process to improve efficiency, exploration, and quality of outcomes.

Job Description

We arelooking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive, scalable, and consistentdigital experiences. This role combines user research, interaction design,information architecture, prototyping, and design systems to create experiencesthat are both user-centered and technically feasible.

The idealcandidate is a systems thinker who can make high-quality UX decisions, navigatetradeoffs, and communicate design rationale effectively with stakeholders andcross-functional teams. You will also contribute to the evolution of our designstandards and UI component library, helping establish consistency acrossproducts and experiences.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, interface design, and collaborative design.
  
• Experience using Claude or similar AI-powered tools as part of the design workflow.
  
• Strong AI prompting skillsand ability to leverage AI tools for research, ideation, content,prototyping, and problem-solving.
