Roca Alliances is seeking a UI Designer to craft high-fidelity interfaces and scalable components for production by Front-End Developers. The role focuses on translating UX concepts into accessible, brand-aligned designs and collaborating with UX and Engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design with knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility, delivering reusable components and maintaining consistency across products.

Formación

• Collaboration with UX Designers, Front-End Developers, PMs and stakeholders.
• Translate concepts into high-fidelity visual designs.
• Apply accessibility best practices to digital interfaces.
• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied.
• Maintain visual judgments on spacing, typography, hierarchy and states.

Responsabilidades

• Create high-fidelity UI designs and components for Front-End implementation.
• Translate UX concepts and wireframes into production-ready visuals.
• Design responsive interfaces across screens and devices.
• Maintain reusable UI components within design systems & libraries.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure designs are detailed and interpretable for developers.
• Apply WCAG accessibility principles to UI designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across products and releases.
• Contribute to evolution of design systems and components.
• Review implemented interfaces and address discrepancies with Engineering.
