Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product/UX/Interaction Designer to lead end-to-end design from discovery through shipped product. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, run rapid AI-assisted prototyping, and conduct rigorous user research to inform flows and interfaces.

• Experience as a Product, UX, or Interaction Designer, owning design work end to end from discovery to shipped product, with a portfolio demonstrating it.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI in the design workflow, such as Claude, Figma AI, v0, or similar.
• Experience in user research and usability testing, including planning, conducting, and synthesizing studies.
• Bias for shipping, fast iterations, early testing, and refining out in the open.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product, UX, or Interaction Designer, owning design work end to end from discovery to shipped product, with a portfolio demonstrating it
• Daily, hands-on use of AI in the design workflow, such as Claude, Figma AI, v0, or similar
• Experience in user research and usability testing, including planning, conducting, and synthesizing studies
• Bias for shipping, fast iterations, early testing, and refining out in the open
• Strong attention to detail and passion for beautiful, functional, and engaging design
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
• Clear, confident communication and ability to present and defend design decisions
• Good English level
• Frontend knowledge (nice to have)
• Comfort with Git and the command line (nice to have)
• Experience with structured, agent-ready guidelines and documentation (nice to have)
• History of building skills, apps, or tools to improve process efficiency (nice to have)
