EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a UI Technical Designer to translate UX/visual direction into implementable UI specs and prototypes for Unreal Engine. You will bridge design and engineering, shaping UI flows, interactions, navigation rules, and component standards used across platforms.

You will collaborate with engineers and UI artists to ensure feasibility, performance, and consistency, and document behavior rules, states, and acceptance criteria for live projects.

Formación

• 2+ years of UI/UX experience designing digital products or game UI.
• Ability to translate UX/visual direction into concrete UI specifications and prototypes.
• Experience creating implementation-ready docs: annotated layouts, state diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Unreal UI constraints and UMG concepts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to UI flows, user journeys, and interaction models for in-game screens; produce clear specs.
• Help build and maintain a UI component system with patterns, variants, and states.
• Document navigation, focus order, input handling, and edge cases for consistent behavior.
• Collaborate with engineers and UI artists to ensure feasibility and performance in-engine.
• Review implementations and adjust designs based on playtests and QA findings.
