EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior UI Technical Designer to translate UX and visual direction into shippable UI specs and prototypes for Unreal Engine 5. You will define flows, interaction behavior, and component standards to enable consistent, in-engine implementation across platforms and input methods.

Collaborate daily with engineers and UI artists to ensure feasibility and performance, review implementations, and update designs based on constraints and playtest feedback.

Formación

• 3+ years of UI/UX design with shipped digital products or game UI.
• Expert-level Figma with components, variants, auto-layout, reusable libraries, and handoff-ready docs.
• Ability to produce annotated layouts, interaction notes, state diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with UMG concepts, layout anchors, scaling, and widget states/animations.
• Strong focus-based navigation for multi-input (controller + keyboard/mouse).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Define UI flows, user journeys, and interaction models for in-game screens and features, and deliver clear implementation-ready specifications.
• Build and maintain a scalable UI component system with patterns, components, variants, and states for in-engine implementation.
• Document detailed behavior rules for navigation, focus order, input handling, and edge cases.
• Collaborate with client engineers and UI artists to ensure designs are feasible and performant within Unreal Engine.
