EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a UI Technical Designer to transform UX/visual direction into production-ready UI specs and prototypes for Unreal Engine 5. You will define flows, navigation rules and component standards to ship across platforms.

Collaborate daily with engineers and UI artists to ensure designs are feasible, performant in-engine, and iterated on based on playtests and QA feedback. English proficiency required; localization and accessibility considerations are a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years of UI/UX experience shipping digital products or game UI.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout and handoff-ready docs.
• Ability to create implementation-ready documentation such as annotated layouts and state diagrams.
• Familiarity with UMG concepts (layout, anchors, widget states/animations).
• Understanding of focus-based navigation and multi-input requirements (controller, keyboard/mouse).
• Experience designing responsive UI for multiple resolutions and safe-area considerations.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Define UI flows, user journeys, and interaction models for in-game screens and features; produce clear, implementable specs.
• Build and maintain a scalable UI component system with patterns, components, variants, and states.
• Author detailed behavior rules covering navigation/focus order, back behavior, input handling, error/empty/loading states.
• Collaborate daily with client engineers and UI artists to ensure designs are feasible and performant.
• Support iteration and polish through review of implementations and feedback from QA/playtests.
