EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a UX Designer to translate UX/visual direction into production-ready UI specs and prototypes for Unreal Engine. You will define flows, behavior rules, and a scalable UI system that works across platforms and input methods.

You will collaborate with engineers and UI artists to ensure feasibility and performance, while iterating based on playtests and QA insights. English proficiency at B2 level or higher is expected.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with a strong UI/UX foundation and proven track record shipping digital products or game UI
• Expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, reusable libraries, and handoff-ready documentation
• Skills in creating implementation-ready documentation such as annotated layouts, interaction notes, state diagrams, and acceptance criteria
• Familiarity with UMG concepts, including layout, anchors, scaling, and widget states/animations, sufficient to design within engine realities
• Understanding of focus-based navigation and multi-input requirements, including controller and keyboard/mouse
• Experience designing responsive UI for multiple resolutions/aspect ratios and safe-area considerations
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Responsabilidades

• Define UI flows, user journeys, and interaction models for in-game screens and features; produce clear, implementable specs
• Build and maintain a scalable UI component system, including patterns, components, variants, and states that support consistent implementation
• Author detailed behavior rules covering navigation/focus order, back behavior, input handling expectations, error/empty/loading states, and edge cases
• Collaborate daily with client engineers and UI artists to ensure designs are feasible, performant, and consistent in-engine
• Support iteration and polish by reviewing implementations, providing actionable feedback, and adjusting designs based on technical constraints and playtest/QA findings
