Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with proven ownership and delivery results.
• Strong safety and regulatory judgement with concrete trade-offs and impacts.
• Solid technical understanding of safety systems, thresholds, false positives and human review.
• Based in Europe and able to work remotely for a European-based team.
• Fully comfortable working with explicit adult content and reviewing disturbing or illegal reports.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver safety and compliance features on the product, collaborating with engineers.
• Drive the product roadmap for AI moderation, age checks and red teaming.
• Balance user safety, compliance and product impact in trade-offs.
• Define detection thresholds, manage false positives and shape human review processes.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, Legal & Safety Lead and Product Lead.
• Review reports that may include disturbing or illegal content.
