Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment partners with a fast-growing AI technology company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit internationally, with a strong focus on tech.

You will work closely with the CEO and business leaders to shape recruitment as the company grows beyond 100 employees, owning the candidate journey from discovery to close. This is a fully remote, B2B contract role with flexibility on contract type and ongoing AI-driven sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience across USA, EU, LATAM, etc.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration.
• Ownership mindset balancing execution, planning and strategy.
• Humble and open to feedback, thriving in high-trust environments.
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent globally, including non-active candidates.
• Implement an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents and niche communities.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain quality.
• Contribute to employer branding and content for AI talent.
