TP.ai Data Services seeks a senior Trust & Safety Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design of safety ecosystems, balancing policy enforcement, operational efficiency, and responsible AI. You will work with Fortune 500 clients, regulators, and technology partners to deliver measurable platform safety and user trust.

In this hands-on, advisory role, you will design scalable delivery frameworks, embed AI/ML classifiers, and define governance models while aligning with global safety regulations

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Operations, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience in Trust & Safety solution design or enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of content moderation workflows, fraud/risk detection, and brand/IP protection.
• Experience architecting enterprise‑scale Trust & Safety programs.
• Fluency in AI/ML systems, automation, and MLOps pipelines.
• Experience across multiple verticals (social platforms, gaming, e-commerce, BFSI, healthcare).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and red‑teaming frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the design of end‑to‑end Trust & Safety solutions across content moderation, policy enforcement, and safety domains.
• Translate client requirements and regulatory mandates into globally deployable operating models.
• Design scalable delivery frameworks that integrate human‑in‑the‑loop workflows with AI/ML classifiers and analytics.
• Lead solution workshops, RFP responses, and articulate value propositions and ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, and C‑Suite to co‑create platform‑specific solutions.
• Embed compliance with global safety regulations and Responsible AI principles.
• Align with TP.ai product, technology, and analytics teams to embed real‑time risk monitoring and abuse detection.
