Kaseya is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer for our Medellín hub to support Sales across LATAM and NAM markets. You will lead technical demonstrations and guide prospective customers through the IT Complete stack, working with PSA/RMM tools and a cross-functional team.

In this role, you will partner with Account Executives, manage the pre-sales lifecycle, handle technical objections, and contribute to RFI/RFP responses while staying current on the Kaseya portfolio and value delivery.

Formación

• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.
• Proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales role.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate value with high-impact technical demos.
• Partner with Sales to identify pain points and tailor technical solutions.
• Lead full pre-sales lifecycle from discovery to POC coordination.
• Address technical objections and answer architecture questions.
• Validate solutions with customers during POC phases.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and solution documentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge across the Kaseya portfolio (automation, security, backup, endpoint management).
• Provide field feedback to product/engineering teams.
