Job summary

Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Tax Manager to guide tax strategy for product launches and support global expansion. You will partner with Finance, Legal and Product teams to assess tax implications across regions and implement robust tax processes.

The role focuses on Colombian tax compliance and planning, with responsibility for corporate tax, VAT, and reporting controls in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised accounting qualification.
• 5+ years of tax experience in a large multinational or complex organisation.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate tax, international tax and VAT.
• Experience managing local tax compliance and recurring obligations.
• Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to solving complex tax issues.

Responsibilities

• Support tax reviews for product launches and expansion initiatives, as well as tax planning and advisory projects.
• Lead tax compliance and efficiency for the business.
• Prepare and file Colombian tax returns and declarations on time.
• Manage recurring tax payments through local tax authority portals, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the Lead Tax Manager, Controller, and product teams to implement tax advice.
• Coordinate with internal and external tax advisers on matters and risks.
• Prepare tax accounting and financial statement disclosures affecting income, equity, and cash flows.
• Implement automated tax reporting solutions and improve local tax processes.
• Maintain robust tax controls, documentation, and processes for compliant reporting.

About the role

The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.

We’re looking for a motivated Tax Manager to provide tax guidance on product launches and support our global expansion. You’ll partner with teams across the business to assess tax implications and lead the development and implementation of tax processes and controls across relevant product areas.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting tax reviews for product launches and expansion initiatives, as well as tax planning and advisory projects
• Leading tax compliance and efficiency
• Managing the preparation and timely filing of Colombian tax returns and declarations
• Managing recurring tax payments through local tax authority portals, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met
• Partnering with the Lead Tax Manager, Controller, and business and product teams to implement operational tax advice
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders, overseas teams, and external tax advisers to coordinate tax matters
• Identifying and reporting tax risks and opportunities for greater efficiency and optimisation
• Preparing tax accounting and financial statement disclosures, including impacts on income, equity, and cash flows
• Implementing automated tax reporting solutions and improving the efficiency of local tax processes
• Maintaining robust tax controls, documentation, and processes to support accurate and compliant reporting

What you'll need

• A recognised accounting qualification
• 5+ years of tax experience within a large, multinational, or complex organisation
• Extensive technical knowledge of corporate tax, international tax, and VAT
• Experience managing local tax compliance and recurring tax obligations
• A solid understanding of tax accounting, reporting, and related controls
• Exceptional analytical skills and a hands-on approach to solving complex tax issues
• Experience working in a fast-growing environment
• A highly motivated and delivery-focused approach, with ownership over deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across a global organisation
