• 10+ years in procurement or supply chain, incl. 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

• Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with objectives.
• Oversee sourcing, logistics, inventory, quality, and distribution.
• Monitor market trends and address potential supply disruptions.
• Drive supplier engagement to meet business goals and cost targets.

• Build relationships with key suppliers for solid supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
