The Nuclear Company seeks a Procurement Contracts Manager (EPC Projects) to lead complex procurement contracts for nuclear infrastructure. You will oversee vendor agreements from services to long‑lead equipment, ensuring commercial soundness and compliance with schedule requirements.

Collaborate with legal, engineering, project controls, and supply chain teams to manage risk and enforce performance across the project lifecycle, including export controls and regulatory obligations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–10+ years in procurement contracts or supply chain in capital‑intensive industries.
• Experience supporting EPC projects and drafting/negotiating EPC contracts.
• Familiarity with U.S. federal acquisition regulations, DOE funding, or similar frameworks.
• Deep understanding of contract risk management, change orders, and claims/disputes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement contract strategies and templates for major equipment, materials, and services.
• Negotiate terms, pricing structures, risk allocation, and change management.
• Oversee contract formation and execution with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Contract Administration to ensure compliant, timely close‑out.
