Job summary

You will certify centers and physicians, interact with KOLs and proctors, and develop training curricula to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related medical device and/or clinical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; training in clinical/technical environment preferred.
• Proficient use of MS Office and general office equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Team oriented with the ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-commercial education and training within a modality or product portfolio to clinical end-users.
• Certify centers, physicians and EW personnel per SOPs; be involved with KOLs and proctors.
• Educate on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop and continuously improve training curriculum and materials.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on technical matters through sessions and in-service programs.
• Plan growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with Sales.
• Upsell in key strategic accounts with Business Managers.
• Validate software and hardware updates in the field as applicable.
• Learns the product, physiology and applications; review market and activities regularly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced environment.
