Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist in Bogota to partner with physicians and hospital teams, delivering expert clinical and procedural support for our Urology portfolio. This role is field-based with travel across the assigned territory.

You will educate clinicians, build strong relationships, and ensure safe product use while coordinating with sales and clinical leadership to drive adoption and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or health-related field.
• Good knowledge of healthcare operations and surgical/interventional procedures.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical and technical support to physicians and hospital staff before, during, and after urology procedures.
• Deliver product education and procedural training to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers across the territory.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales, Clinical Lead and Clinical Management to support objectives.
• Document activities and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Travel within the territory to support cases and trainings.
