Concentrix is seeking a Trainer II to deliver client-focused training, address new hire and product updates, and mentor junior trainers. The role requires certification in the Trainer Certification Program (101/102) and ongoing curriculum review to maintain high standards of delivery.

The trainer will manage classroom dynamics, assess learner progress, and collaborate with Operations to ensure a smooth transition from training to production while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

Formación

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (communication, critical thinking, time management, team building).
• Self-starter with urgency and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day training directions for agents and monitor progress.
• Deliver training using classroom, demonstrations, and other modalities.
• Prepare and present training materials and ensure competency meets business needs.
