INDI is seeking a Training Analyst to deliver training to New Joiners and current employees. The role requires someone organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking with high adaptability to changes.

You will gather information to prepare and deliver training, update Confluence, and manage tickets with the Help Desk and HR. The role also involves reviewing processes for improvements and keeping the Organization Chart up to date.

Formación

• 2+ years of related experience required.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Solid experience in Excel and have a mind for data.
• Advanced English level.

Responsabilidades

• Gather information to prepare and deliver training for onboarding and existing staff.
• Review and update information in Confluence.
• Create and follow up tickets to the Help Desk, HR, and other interacting departments.
• Identify information gaps and propose improvements.
• Review other departments' processes for changes.
• Keep the Organization Chart of the area up to date.
