AgileEngine is seeking a Trainee/Junior Candidate Development Representative to join our team in a beginner-friendly role. You will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, reaching out via email and other channels, and guiding them into our talent pipeline.

This entry point into IT recruitment and Lead Generation offers plenty of room to learn and grow, with mentorship and a flexible work model alongside USD-based compensation.

Formación

• 0-1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer support, or lead generation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B1+).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle large volumes of written communication daily.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Aptitude for easy learning and fast adaptation.
• Creative thinking and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with pre-generated candidates via email and other channels to introduce our opportunities.
• Make initial qualification of candidates through messaging and screening questions, ensuring their fit for roles.
• Drive conversion by engaging and motivating qualified leads to move forward in the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
