Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Territory/Domain Field Sales Rep 2 in Bogotá, Colombia. You will grow the business across the territory by building customer relationships and supporting the full sales process with strong follow-through and customer focus.

You will develop and close opportunities, manage a structured sales process, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior-level executives.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Strengthen relationships with customers and Centers of Influence.
• Represent Johnson Controls through consultative selling.
• Manage the sales pipeline with disciplined follow-up and accurate paperwork.
• Conduct post-installation follow-up to ensure commitments are met.
