Job summary

Comcore Technology is expanding in Colombia and seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Country Representative to accelerate growth in power and energy markets. The role requires building strategic partnerships and leading business development initiatives with utilities, EPCs, distributors, and major commercial customers.

The candidate should demonstrate 3+ years of B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and a track record in advancing renewable energy, smart metering, and energy storage projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in power/energy sectors.
• Experience with utilities, EPCs, distributors is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Colombian power and energy markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Colombian market.
• Build relationships with utilities, power companies, energy distributors, EPCs, and system integrators.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities in Smart Meters, Energy storage, Renewables, EV charging, and Microgrids.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing.
• Develop local distribution channels and partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, regulations, and competition.
• Collaborate with HQ and regional teams for product and project delivery.
• Build and scale the local sales team and channel network.
