Job summary

Johnson Controls in Bogotá seeks a Territory/Domain Field Sales Rep 2 to grow our customer base and close opportunities within the local territory. You will build relationships, manage a structured sales process, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will present Johnson Controls solutions to executives, develop opportunities, and maintain product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Local travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial sales representative in the security, IT, or other technology sales industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule and travel locally as required.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and close sales opportunities within the assigned Bogotá territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and Centers of Influence.
• Manage the sales pipeline with disciplined forecasting and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Present solutions to senior-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of Johnson Controls product and service lines to address customer needs.
