In this role, you will lead operations and maintenance activities for customer sites in Bogota, Colombia, with responsibility for team coordination, client communication, and reliable service delivery.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager 2 oversees day-to-day O&M execution across assigned sites, supporting mechanical operations, programming, monitoring, alarm response, and other contracted activities.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to keep systems performing as expected, manage staff resources, and ensure service commitments are met.
