ALLSTARSIT is seeking a Video Operations Engineer to support live streaming events for enterprise customers. You will configure streaming environments and assist with technical setup, while troubleshooting issues in real-time and collaborating with the engineering team.

The role emphasizes a technical mindset, curiosity, and the ability to learn new video streaming technologies. English communication is important for customer interactions.

Descripción del empleo

We are hiring a Video Operations Engineer for an international product company that delivers live streaming solutions for some of the world's largest organizations.

This isn't a typical support position. We're looking for someone with a technical mindset who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and solving real-time challenges.

In this role, you would:

• Monitor and support live streaming events for enterprise customers.
• Configure streaming environments and assist with technical setup.
• Troubleshoot issues during live broadcasts and work closely with the engineering team.
• Learn modern video streaming technologies from experienced engineers and gradually take on more technical responsibilities.

We're not expecting prior experience in video streaming. The team is happy to teach the technical side as long as you have:

• A technical background (IT Support, QA, Networking, System Administration, Development, DevOps, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during live events.
• Good English and customer-facing communication skills.

Experience with Linux, networking, programming, AI, streaming tools (OBS, Twitch), or cloud technologies would be a plus, but it's not a requirement.
