Arrise in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to manage our IT infrastructure and support user devices 24/7. You will monitor streaming equipment, servers, and network gear, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain uninterrupted service.

The role requires hands-on hardware and software support, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Formación

• 3+ years in IT hardware/software support for user devices.
• Proficient with Windows and/or Linux; Active Directory experience.
• Experience with Wi‑Fi networks and network management.
• Ability to work across shifts in a 24/7 environment.
• Collaborative team member with strong problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in IT support, networking, or operating systems are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support IT infrastructure and users' devices, ensuring high service quality.
• Collaborate with development, AV, security, and IT teams to ensure network functionality.
• Manage encoders and media servers for broadcasting at live studio tables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Head of Operations and shifts.
• Maintain workstation configurations and user access, updating internal procedures.
• Manage IT inventory and coordinate with external suppliers to resolve issues with minimal disruption.
• Enhance IT infrastructure and ensure data security and confidentiality.
