Kyndryl is seeking a Technical Support professional in Bogotá to assist external and internal users with advanced hardware, software, and system issues. You’ll diagnose problems, perform installations and changes, and ensure timely resolution within Service Level Agreements.

Formación

• 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
• Experience with Cisco Nexus and IOS technologies
• Experience with F5 ASM and LTM configuration and troubleshooting

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional technical assistance to clients and internal users
• Diagnose and repair complex hardware, software, and systems
• Handle escalated issues, report design flaws, reliability and maintenance problems
• Perform IMAC activities and data backup/restores as needed within SLA
