Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to drive technical audits across a portfolio of higher education clients. You will craft developer-ready specs, oversee fixes, and operate Claude-based tools to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production.

This role collaborates with the SEO Lead and Executive Director of SEO to scale the service across many accounts. You’ll manage crawlability, indexation, site structure, and structured data, while expanding AI-driven optimization for future

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in SEO with 3+ focused on technical SEO.
• Proven ability to identify high-impact issues and drive fixes.
• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, themes, plugins, redirects, and schema.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and defend prioritization decisions.
• Write developer-ready specs and follow through to verification of fixes.
• Implement light WordPress changes (titles, meta descriptions, redirects, schema).
• Monitor GSC and GA4 for drops and indexing issues; act proactively.
• Design Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, QA, and reporting.
• Create scalable systems for SEO services and document them.
