Atomic Hr is seeking a Technical SEO Lead to drive technical SEO across a portfolio of higher education partners. You will diagnose crawl, indexation, and data issues, write actionable specs for developers, and ensure fixes go live.

You will also design Claude-based tools and workflows to automate audits, reporting, QA, and content production, enabling the team to focus on editing and validation rather than starting from scratch.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO
• Track record of identifying high-impact site issues and driving fixes
• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Strong WordPress knowledge to spec fixes precisely

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical SEO across client accounts and defend prioritization decisions
• Write dev-ready specs and verify fixes
• Manage light WordPress changes and schema work
• Build Claude-based tools and workflows for audits, reporting, QA
• Design scalable systems for the SEO service and integrate data sources
• Support client success through technical guidance and independent ownership
