Job summary

The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce experience and hands-on work with AI agents, workflows, or intelligent automation using Claude, Agentforce, or similar platforms. Remote contract with LATAM/APAC and U.S. Central Time overlap required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or technical solution delivery.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or equivalent.
• Strong project management and cross-functional delivery experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including platform capabilities, integrations, workflows, and enterprise use cases.
• Experience building or enabling AI agents, assistant workflows, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Claude, Agentforce, or comparable LLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, systems integration, APIs, and enterprise app design.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for projects spanning Salesforce, AI agent solutions, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define scope and plans.
• Design scalable technical solutions across Salesforce and related platforms.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for AI agent initiatives.
• Guide the development of AI-enabled workflows and automation patterns.
• Manage dependencies, risks, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
• Review designs, code, configurations for quality and alignment.
• Mentor engineers and support technical decision-making.
