Nearshore Business Solutions is seeking a Principal Engineer in Medellín, Colombia, with a focus on Full Stack, Cloud, and AI technologies. You will own the technical architecture for our SaaS platform and steer engineering standards, leading a team in building scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of software engineering experience, particularly in .NET/C#, React, and Azure services. In addition to a competitive salary, the position offers the opportunity for full-time conversion and significant leadership impact.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with architect-level ownership.
• Demonstrated experience building enterprise applications using .NET/C#, React, and SQL Server.
• Strong expertise in Azure services, including App Services and Functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical architecture of the company's SaaS platform.
• Write production-grade code across .NET (C#), React, Azure services, and APIs.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams across onshore and offshore environments.
