TalentBridge Consulting LLC is seeking a Technical Engineer to work remotely, supporting the ION Trading platform and front-office workflows. You will configure core components, integrate with market venues, and troubleshoot across testing and production environments.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, knowledge of market platforms, and experience in FinTech. Collaboration with global teams and the ability to work within EST time zones are expected.

Formación

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with the ION Trading platform.
• Experience working with major market platforms/venues such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, MTS, Senaf, Euronext, Eurex, CME.
• Ability to configure vendor core components (REFDATA, PXE, Market Gateways, CTS, VMQ, VMO, etc).
• Knowledge of key trading platform workflows (pricing, quoting, negotiating, STP).
• Experience in testing (unit and acceptance/end-to-end).
• Experience working in FinTech or a related field.

Colombia. Job Type: Full Time. Workspace: Remote. Time Zone: EST. Contract duration: Indefinite. Equipment: Own Mac or Windows device (own equipment required). Language Requirement: Spanish, intermediate English.

About The Role

Work hands‑on with the ION Trading platform to configure core components, integrate with market venues, and support front‑office trading workflows. You will combine functional understanding with technical troubleshooting, testing, and operational support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience with the ION Trading platform.
• Experience working with major market platforms/venues such as Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, MTS, Senaf, Euronext, Eurex, CME.
• Ability to configure vendor core components (REFDATA, PXE, Market Gateways, CTS, VMQ, VMO, etc.).
• Knowledge of key trading platform workflows (pricing, quoting, negotiating, STP).
• Experience in testing (unit and acceptance/end-to-end).
• Experience working in FinTech or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with messaging protocols (SOAP, JMS, MQ, FIX, or others).
• Ability to monitor, deploy, support, and operate sophisticated front‑office trading systems.
• Ability to analyze platform logs.
• Competent in SQL.
• Familiarity with databases and message‑based software systems.
• Agile frameworks (Scrum) and Jira.
• Strong teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to assess priorities and self‑organize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, discipline, and follow‑through.
