TalentBridge Consulting LLC is seeking a Trading Tester to own and evolve automated testing for ION Trading-related solutions. The role involves creating and maintaining test scenarios aligned with releases, extending the testing framework, and troubleshooting test executions, while reporting clear evidence of tests and any anomalies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of testing experience, familiarity with CI workflows, and hands-on work with tools like Gherkin, Cucumber, and Robot Framework.

Formación

• Monitor and troubleshoot test scenario execution.
• Report and document test evidence and anomalies.
• Experience with CI workflows, source code, and management tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket).

About The Role

Own and evolve automated testing for ION Trading-related solutions. You will create and maintain test scenarios aligned to releases, extend the testing framework, troubleshoot executions, and report clear test evidence and anomalies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in testing.
• Create and maintain test scenarios aligned to the latest software releases.
• Contribute to extending the testing framework (keyword library).
• Monitor and troubleshoot test scenario execution.
• Report and document test evidence and anomalies.
• Experience with some of these technologies: Gherkin, Cucumber, Test Manager, Behave, JUnit, Robot Framework, ITAS.
• Experience with CI workflows, source code, and management tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket).

Nice to Have

• Programming experience: Python and/or Java.
• Competent in SQL; familiarity with databases and managing different data formats (XML, JSON).
• Ability to analyze and understand logs.
• Agile frameworks (Scrum) and Jira.
• Experience working in banking, FinTech, or related field.
• Experience with the ION Trading platform or similar.
• Strong teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to assess priorities and self-organize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, discipline, and follow-through.
