SOLVO S.A.S. in Medellín seeks a strategic, results-driven leader to head AI implementation, process optimization, and operational excellence within its Talent Acquisition arm.

You will drive AI and automation across recruiting operations, manage ATS platforms, and develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to optimize performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to enable scalable, data-driven hiring outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Process Improvement, or related fields.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, HR technology, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with process optimization, operational excellence, and KPI management.
• Leadership experience managing operational or coordination teams preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI, automation, and technology initiatives across Talent Acquisition.
• Improve recruiting operations through process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Manage and optimize ATS and recruiting technology platforms.
• Lead recruiting coordination and administrative operations teams.
• Drive cross-functional projects and change management initiatives.
