SOLVO S.A.S in Colombia seeks a strategic leader to drive AI implementation, process optimization, and operational excellence within Talent Acquisition. You will steer cross-functional projects, advance recruitment technology, and align initiatives with business goals.

You will develop KPIs and dashboards, manage ATS platforms, and lead coordination and admin operations teams, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and candidate experience across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Process Improvement, or related fields.
• Experience implementing AI, automation, HR technology, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with process optimization, operational excellence, and KPI management.
• Leadership experience managing operational or coordination teams preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI, automation, and technology initiatives across Talent Acquisition.
• Improve recruiting operations through process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Manage and optimize ATS and recruiting technology platforms.
• Lead recruiting coordination and administrative operations teams.
• Drive cross-functional projects and change management initiatives.
