Veevart in Cali, Colombia is offering a Talent Attraction Internship within the People & Culture team. This hybrid role provides hands-on experience in recruitment operations, ATS usage, and employer branding, with exposure to international markets in a SaaS company.

You will support campus events, candidate communications, and process improvements, under mentorship. Ideal for students or recent graduates in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration seeking practical recruitment experience

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and organization.
• Conduct initial sourcing and screening of early-stage candidates to identify potential fits.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the execution of employer branding initiatives, including virtual and in-person events.
• Support campus recruitment activities and career fairs.
• Help manage candidate communications to ensure timely and respectful interaction.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and organization.

• Support the planning and logistics for campus recruitment activities and career fairs.
• Help manage candidate communications to ensure a timely and respectful interaction.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and materials.
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 level or above)
• Proficiency in using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Basic understanding of employer branding principles.
• Experience in event planning or coordination.

What You Will Learn

• How a full recruiting cycle works, from intake with a hiring manager to offer, in a SaaS company that hires for international markets.
• How to use an ATS and why clean data is what makes a hiring process fast and fair.
• Sourcing fundamentals: how to search effectively on LinkedIn and job boards, and how to write outreach that people actually answer.
• Resume screening and structured interviews: how to evaluate candidates against defined criteria instead of first impressions.
• Candidate experience: how small operational details - a confirmed time, a clear email, timely feedback - shape what candidates think of a company.

You will work side by side with the person who leads talent acquisition and will have direct exposure to HR leadership, with regular feedback and coaching throughout the internship.
