A leading localization company in Colombia is seeking a Senior Talent Finder to lead recruitment efforts. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, promoting opportunities, and mentoring team members in a supportive and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in recruitment within the localization industry and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment within the localization industry.
• Hands-on expertise in using ATS platforms and social recruiting strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and people-first approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and comfortable communicating across cultures.
• Creative, proactive problem-solver with an eye for scalability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Promote opportunities across digital platforms.
• Mentor and support fellow Talent Finders.
• Mentor and support other Talent Finders and align with Acclaro standards.
• Partner with hiring managers to align talent strategy with business needs.
• Collaborate across functions for staffing and resource planning.
• Analyze recruitment data to surface trends and improve conversion rates.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion at every stage of recruitment.

Overview

As a Senior Talent Finder at Acclaro, you\'ll lead the charge in building and evolving the talent pipelines that power our language services. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process, partnering closely with teams across the globe to bring in top-tier talent and create an exceptional candidate experience.

In this role, you’ll step into a dynamic, impact-driven environment that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’re a strategic collaborator, a process improver, and a culture ambassador. From refining workflows to mentoring team members, you’ll drive initiatives that make our hiring smarter, faster, and more human.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding and retention
• Promote opportunities across digital platforms, crafting messaging that engages a global audience
• Drive continuous improvements across hiring workflows, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Mentor and support fellow Talent Finders, ensuring alignment with Acclaro’s standards and culture
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, aligning talent strategy with business needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure optimal resource planning and timely staffing for client demands
• Analyze recruitment data to surface trends, optimize outreach, and improve conversion rates
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout every stage of the recruitment process

Qualifications

• YOU’LL BE FOR YOU IF

• Have 3+ years of experience in recruitment, resource management, or community management within the localization industry.
• Hold a bachelor\'s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
• Have hands-on expertise in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and social recruiting strategies
• Excel at organization, multitasking, and delivering under pressure, without losing your people-first touch
• Possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset
• Are fluent in English (written and spoken) and confident communicating across cultures
• Love solving problems creatively and proactively, while keeping scalability in mind

• YOU’LL STAND OUT IF

• Have supported global hiring initiatives or worked with multilingual teams
• Bring experience training or mentoring junior recruiters
• Have advanced Excel skills and a data-savvy approach to decision-making
• Are experienced in language services, localization workflows, or translation recruitment
• Are multilingual (always a plus at Acclaro!)
