Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to work in-office in Bucaramanga, Santander
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience or familiarity with sourcing tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for internal roles using multiple sourcing channels.
• Utilize Boolean search strings and advanced filters to pinpoint exact candidate profiles.
• Keep a steady stream of prospective leads engaged for current and future hiring needs.
• Initiate initial outreach conversations with leads to spark interest in opportunities.
• Screen incoming resumes and applications against job requirements.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate interviews, and send candidate assessments.
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Post new job openings and audit active listings for accuracy.
• Package and endorse qualified candidates to internal hiring managers with summaries of qualifications.
