Foundever is seeking an HR Supervisor to lead recruitment and regional HR activities in Bogotá. The role requires C1 English, a 4-year degree in HR or business, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-volume environment.

Flexibility for full-time work and remote options is available, with potential on-site work in Bogota as needed. The candidate will collaborate with NA teams, mentor staff, manage US and Colombia employees, and apply analytics to HR metrics, ensuring accurate

Responsabilidades

• Understand North America talent market landscape, including candidate experience, recruiting methods and tools.
• Build effective relationships with North America talent acquisition team and Foundever Operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition/shared services resources.
• Demonstrate organization, attention to detail, and big-picture business focus.
• Present with confidence and communicate clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Use analytics to assess trends and results in HR processes.
• Guide HRBP with leadership perspective when solutions are needed for regional payroll and holidays.
• Manage employees in the US and Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of and exposure to the North America talent market landscape such as candidate experience, recruiting methods and tools, labor regulations and practices, pre-employment, and onboarding among others.
• Ability to build effective relationships and partner with North America talent acquisition team, Foundever Operations and various levels of the organization
• Proven people management and leadership skills: ability to build, mentor and grow a team of best-in-class talent acquisition/shared services resources.
• Advanced level of organization skills, attention to details, while able to clearly see the “big picture” of business imperatives
• Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong research skills, data-driven and able to use analytics to assess trends and results
• High level of multi-cultural awareness/sensitivity, integrity, and work ethics (they will be responsible for Regional holiday & payroll submissions for employees, HR guidance to guide the appropriate HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner) when they cannot solution form a Leadership standpoint.
