Turia GBS in Medellín seeks a Talent Acquisition Analyst to drive attraction and selection by searching, evaluating and pre-selecting candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talent to meet organizational needs.

The role requires a bachelor’s in psychology or related field, 1+ year experience, Excel, and strong English (B2+/C1). You will post roles, screen resumes, coordinate tests, and assist with visa processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
• +1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Excel proficiency.
• Upper intermediate or advanced English (B2+ or C1).

Responsibilities

• Posting and disseminating open positions through all available channels.
• Filtering and reviewing resumes to ensure they meet the requirements of each position.
• Interviewing candidates and coordinating relevant technical and psychometric tests.
• Analyzing psychometric test results and preparing interpretation reports.
• Providing feedback to candidates and those responsible for selection.
• Ensuring that selection processes are aligned with employer branding objectives.
• Fostering long-term relationships with potential candidates.
• Negotiating contractual terms with candidates.
• Liaising between candidates and the immigration team, accompanying and guiding them through the legal and administrative requirements of the visa application process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields.
• +1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
