Johnson & Johnson, a leader in healthcare and medtech innovation, seeks a TA Activation Manager, Americas, to design and implement TA programs and governance to maximize recruiting ROI. You will drive adoption of TA processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and push for continuous improvement across regions.

You will oversee changes, collaborate with stakeholders, and scale operational excellence in Talent Acquisition.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Language: English, proficient.
• Strong knowledge of North America and Latin America talent acquisition markets.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations, or related function.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition Activation, Operational Excellence, or related functions preferred.
• Experience leading digital enablement with analytics to drive operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategies into scalable TA processes and governance models.
• Lead governance and oversight of TA processes to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as escalation point for TA process and compliance issues.
• Own and evolve TA knowledge management and resources.
• Lead TA initiatives as SME, facilitator, or project lead as needed.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective actions through governance and CI methodologies.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and implementation of process and tech changes.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, test, and optimize TA processes.
