Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for a fully remote role based in LATAM, aligning with PST hours. The role supports global data center operations through procurement, order management, and supply planning, acting as a key partner to supply chain teams to ensure timely PO execution and fulfillment.

The ideal candidate will drive mass production builds across locations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of manufacturing supply chain experience.
• Experience with PO issuance, change orders, lead times, forecasting, and PO attributes.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Tableau and SQL, including dashboard creation, maintenance, or automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsabilidades

• Support procurement and order management activities, including PO issuance, PO change orders, and order tracking.
• Manage budget tracking, funding maintenance, and procurement-related reporting.
• Execute supply planning activities to support infrastructure builds and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order and fulfillment issues.
• Analyze operational and procurement data to support business decision-making.
• Maintain reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics related to supply chain performance.
• Support day-to-day fulfillment and operational execution activities across the supply chain organization.

Insight Global is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to support the supply chain group at a top tech company. This is a fully remote role based in LATAM that requires working PST hours.

This individual will provide critical support for global infrastructure data center operations by driving procurement, order management, and supply planning activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a key partner to supply chain teams, ensuring timely execution of purchase orders, change orders, inventory planning, and fulfillment activities. This role will support mass production builds across global data center locations and requires someone who is comfortable making data-driven decisions in a fast-paced operational environment while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and order management activities, including PO issuance, PO change orders, and order tracking
• Manage budget tracking, funding maintenance, and procurement-related reporting
• Execute supply planning activities to support infrastructure builds and on-time delivery
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order and fulfillment issues
